The HIES team recently had the pleasure of attending the 2022 AAPM National Conference on the Gold Coast. We are proud partners of AAPM and had the privilege of attending the event and meeting hundreds of Practice Managers from around Australia.
We presented sessions on:
- Accountability – Shifting Workplace Culture
- Best Practice Performance Management
- Masterclass on the HPSS & Nurses Award
The HIES team had a booth at the conference and worked with Screenlab to screen print onsite Practice Manager shirt designs for delegates to keep. It was such a successful activity that everyone decided to wear their shirts throughout the conference and we managed to get a group photo with everyone on the last day.
It was another successful event held by AAPM and we look forward to seeing everyone again at the 2023 conference in Adelaide.
